When purchasing Made-To-Order item(s), you are purchasing them as shown, and as described. If specifications of the original design are changed/altered beyond minimal changes such as; design, base color, metal type, leather base, etc, the Made-To-Order item(s) are no longer identified as Made-To-Order and change to Custom item(s) and will follow the Custom Order Return Policy.

 

Returns

 

Made-To-Order item(s) require 30-90 business days to produce, thus excluding Made-To-Order item(s) from the initial 90 day purchase return policy. Alternatively, the policy will be effective 14 days after the delivery date and available for return. After 14 days of the delivery date, you will have 90 days to return the item(s) for a total of 104 days of the initial delivery date.

 

Restock Fee

 

For Made-To-Order item(s) that pass inspection, a restocking fee of 20% of the item(s) price will be applied to cover the cost of materials, labor, and administrative processing. This fee ensures we can continue to offer high-quality jewelry to all our customers.

Inspection

 

All item(s) returned MUST pass inspection (i.e. the item(s) are unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.) in order to be eligible for a refund. 

 

However, There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to Seeds Of Our Land error.

Defects and Errors

 

If your piece arrives with a defect or an error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as we deem necessary.
