To further ensure you approve of the design, materials, and cost, we may ask for a deposit (AKA “down payment”) before starting the project to avoid any misunderstandings.

Exceptions

 

If your custom order arrives with a defect or an error made on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will work with you to repair the item. 

 

If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to Seeds Of Our Land LLC error, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
