Our policy lasts 90 days from the date of purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase was made, you are ineligible to return your item(s) for a refund or store credit.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item(s) marked “Final Sale” at check-out are not eligible for returns. Custom ordered item(s) are not eligible for returns nor refunds, see below for more details. Unaltered Made-To-Order item(s) may be eligible for returns and a refund, seen below for more details.Item(s) that you received as a gift may be returned for Seeds Of Our Land store credit only (in the form of an e-gift card), see below for more details. 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to Seeds Of Our Land error.

Custom Order Return Policy

 

Due to the personalized nature of custom made item(s), custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Made-To-Order Return Policy

 

Made-To-Order item(s) require 30-90 business days to produce, thus excluding Made-To-Order item(s) from the initial 90 day purchase return policy. Alternatively, the policy will be effective 14 days after the delivery date and available for return. After 14 days of the delivery date, you will have 90 days to return the item(s) for a total of 104 days of the initial delivery date.

 

There will be a restock fee, should you choose to return the item(s) and they pass inspection.

 

All item(s) returned MUST pass inspection (i.e. the item(s) are unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.) in order to be eligible for a refund. 

 

However, There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to Seeds Of Our Land error.

 

When purchasing Made-To-Order item(s), you are purchasing them as shown, and as described. If specifications of the original design are changed/altered beyond minimal changes such as; design base color, metal type, leather base, etc, the Made-To-Order item(s) are no longer identified as Made-To-Order and change to Custom item(s) and will follow the Custom Order Return Policy.

Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send you an email to notify you of this, we will then inspect your returned item(s) and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 

If your returned item(s) pass inspection, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (usually 7-14 business days) before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact seedsofourland@gmail.com and put “Late or Missing Refund” in the subject space.

Replacement Earrings

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement or would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, send us an email at seedsofourland@gmail.com.

Gifts

 

If the item was a gift, please contact us  and you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue you a Seeds Of Our Land e-gift card for the refund amount. 

 

Return Shipping

 

Seeds Of Our Land will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges paid during the initial order are non-refundable. Before a purchase is refunded or replaced, Seeds Of Our Land will require a provided confirmation that the return shipment of  unused goods and packaging has been received. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
